Who we are.

We are RibbonWood. We work on organizations of tomorrow. The characteristic of organizations of tomorrow is that they will still be there tomorrow. This requires being able to keep up with the rapidly changing context. The speed of this is so high that this can only be done by making change part of business-as-usual. We facilitate this based on our concept for sustainable change. We specialize in change management and provide research and advice, program and interim management, coaching and training.

What we ask.

We work with partners and associates. Associates are self-employed with experience in our field. They are consultant, program, interim manager or trainer. From that experience they are able  to facilitate customers in change. Associates are successful in their own right, but find it valuable to join a larger club. After all, together we can be even more successful!
